Water Club St. Pete Beach

Set along the waterfront at the end of Corey Avenue, Water Club St. Pete Beach will introduce 129 residences to St. Pete Beach. Developed by Kolter Urban, this waterfront community will offer one- to four-bedroom residences and penthouses ranging from approximately 1,800 to 3,800 square feet, with private elevator lobbies, ceilings up to 10 feet in main living areas, and up to 11 feet in the penthouses. Kitchens are planned with European-style cabinetry, oversized islands, and appliances, while interiors are being designed by ID & Design International.

Water Club will feature a private 31-slip marina on Boca Ciega Bay, including eight guest slips and a kayak and paddleboard launch, along with a waterfront promenade and approximately 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Residents will have access to a rooftop sunset terrace with a pool and spa, fitness center, yoga and spin studio, sports courts, pet play park, and clubhouse with a bar, private dining or conference room, outdoor terrace, and sports and gaming lounge. Additional services will include a 24-hour front desk concierge, lifestyle director, and on-site property management.
